Installation

Prerequisites

• Python 3.7 or newer

• R 4.1.2 or newer

• R package: monocle3 1.3.1 or newer

Install From Source

Clone the repository and install the Python dependencies:

git clone https://github.com/mcgilldinglab/GeneRhythm.git
cd GeneRhythm
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

The repository currently lists its Python dependencies in requirements.txt.
